Delivery Information

Standard Local Delivery – Within 5 Mile radius of us

In order to keep prices consistent, we have a £40 minimum order value limit. (This does not apply to ‘collections’.)

To calculate delivery cost, simply add items to your basket, proceed to the checkout and enter your delivery address and the delivery charges will be calculated and displayed.

Our standard delivery service is provided by us locally and delivery is usually next day but can be between 2-10 working days.
Working Day is defined as Monday to Friday and does not include bank holidays.

Our Delivery service is currently only offered within a 5-mile radius of CO3 8ND.

Delivery Outside 5-mile radius of CO3 8ND

I’m afraid we do not currently offer delivery outside our local area at the moment. This is being reviewed in the future. If you are interested in delivery and do not reside within 5miles of CO3 8ND then please indicate your interest in us expanding this by contacting us for a shipping quotation.

Delivery Address

We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery on your order. Please make sure this address is up to date and accurate, and that you are careful to select the appropriate address for shipping and billing. We cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.

If we anticipate a delay

We aim to deliver within the quoted time frame, but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you to notify you of the delay and provide you with an alternative date for delivery. If you are not happy with the revised date, your order will be cancelled and we will refund your order in full. In no event shall we be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery.

Problem with the delivery

Contactless Click & Collect orders – ready to pick up between 24-48 hours.

We are now also offering a FREE collection service.

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE YOUR WAY TO OUR STORE UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING “YOUR ORDER IS NOW READY FOR COLLECTION“

Click and Collect orders can now be placed online for collection, between 24-48 hours. (during working hours 9am-5pm). Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting the store.

We are operating a contactless Click and Collect service for our customers which will be operated outside in the car park of our store:

  • You will be able to collect your order in our store car park – please ensure you have received your confirmation email to say your order is ready and bring your order reference with you when you collect your order
  • A colleague will meet you and provide your order, ensuring that social distancing rules are adhered to
  • If you need help loading the order into your car, a colleague will be happy to help but we will require you to return to your vehicle or remain 2 metres distant
